These series of wallpapers and ceilings were made to be printed and installed in a hairdresser’s studio.

I used Photoshop CC to create the textures and details by layering different hairdressing models with a variety of nature and vintage patterns, in order to make the waiting time for customers a bit more enjoyable whilst getting their hair done.

The photographs used were a combination of stock photography (mainly the models) and my own for the grunge textures and other elements).​

Noel, the owner, was delighted with the artwork and reported that since installing the wallpapers the business experienced a considerable increase in customer numbers and revenue. Also commented that all feedback from customers was very positive which made people talk about it and hence more clientele. Since renovating has been
