PrintExpress Website

Web content & layout design

I can proudly say that I have worked on the updated version of PrintExpress' website. The website was in need of a revamp (the previous version was from 1997!) with fresh new content and also more updated layouts and vibe in general. Basically a whole new all! The brief was also to cater not only for a b2c but also for a b2b audience, so created all banners and content for the pages with that in mind.

The website ended up being much more up to date and user friendly than the previous page.

What I enjoyed the most about this project was that I got into a new workflow mood that worked really well. This helped me to maintain the same look/feel throughout the website.

I achieved this by:

  1. Thinking about a business that could use an specific product.

  2. Creating or sourcing elements to create the fictitious branding for this business and adding this to product mock-ups.

  3. Adding 3D imagery related to the person or business using that product to complete the scene, making sure that the perspective was always right for the 3D images.

I created:
- 27 different web layouts using Xd.
- and about 150 elements for product images, banners and other icons and assets using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign CC.
